The Niagara Experience Center included development of a comprehensive master plan and strategy for the creation of a tourism zone focused on a new center to be devoted to the history, culture, and nature of Niagara Falls. The overall development plan focused on establishing new development and tourism opportunities for third-party developers with the Niagara Experience Center as the catalyst. Rob Wyatt, while at BRC Imagination Arts, contributed to the Center’s overall ideation and concept development. Through UI, Thomas Kozlowski directed the master plan and redevelopment strategy working jointly with the State of New York.
